Sally Beamer

Sally Beamer enters the Creative Resources scene as a student soon after Gerry Tabio starts the company.

Sally jumped into the world of marketing and media right out of college! Her broadcast career led her to Atlanta, Georgia in the mid 80’s. Sally’s successful experience in sales and management contributes greatly to her coaching and training of facilitators. She knows what it feels like to: work with a client on a marketing program; help a team identify and reach their goal; and lead and transform an entire organization to focus on business priorities and the actions needed for success!

Sally has been a trained facilitator for 15 years and combines her 17 years in media to offer real world expertise to her coaching and training. As a practitioner of the Creative Resources process, Sally brings a rare combination of real-world practice and teaching experiences to every workshop. She uniquely customizes her coaching based on the role of the student within that organization, and is keen on the differences in responsibilities and expectations in the corporate world.

In 1996, Sally partnered with Tabio and together they built a successful business as teachers and facilitators of the Creative Resources process. Sally has trained and facilitated for companies such as Emmis Radio, Cox Radio, Infinity Radio, AMFM – now Clear Channel Communications, Wendy’s, Pizza Hut, Coca Cola, Goodwill Industries of Greater Washington, Kroger – Atlanta KMA, Commonwealth Edison, The Ovarian Cancer Institute, YMCA, AMFM University, Volkswagen and the Greater Washington Business Expo.
