Measure Results. Effective Facilitators use this step to thoroughly evaluate any program.

The idea is great! The action plan is detailed and the plan has been executed. How did it go? Did it accomplish the objective? In this step, the facilitator involves the client and the group to identify what elements in the program should be repeated next time, what needs to be added to make it more effective, and what should be deleted when it is implemented again.
