Kandice Herndon

Kandice Herndon – Kandice is a gifted teacher, facilitator and developer of customers and people.

Kandice has always measured her success by the success of those around her. Whether it was helping customers to successfully accomplish their goals or coaching and training the sales people she has managed and the students she has taught, her true passion was being a student by learning from and teaching those around her.

Kandice officially kicked off her training career when she became an Executive Performance Coach for Capstar’s in-house university (eventually AMFM and finally Clear Channel University). She taught and coached the Leadership Program which is a training workshop to help managers identify and grow talent. Some of her market responsibilities included New York, Washington, DC, Milwaukee and Nashville.

Creative Resources first met Kandice when she was in Houston in 1997. She became a trained Facilitator of the Creative Resources process and was very successful using the process for such clients as Anheuser-Busch, 2001 Clean Air Initiative, The Houston Chronicle, Compaq, AIDS Foundation Houston, AstroWorld, Kroger and the Houston Aeros.

Kandice has great depth in the advertising industry. Nine years local radio sales and management experience, seven years national radio experience and five years in media and marketing on the client and advertising agency side of the business, makes her well-versed. Her mission at Creative Resources is to be a sustaining resource to each trained facilitator as they apply what they learn, get results for their organization and grow their facilitation skills.
