Plan for Action

Plan for Action. Effective Facilitators won’t leave the room until the best solution is chosen and the team develops a Plan of Action that answers the question, “Who’s going to do what by when?”

We know that ideas are useless unless they get used! In this step, the facilitator gets the client to pick the best idea and facilitates the team to develop that solution into a well-orchestrated, thoughtful and effective plan of action!
